He further stated the written agreement with Enochville <br />specifically states the County does not make agreements of that type with <br />volunteer fire departments. <br />For clarification, Chairman White confirmed the County did not agree to <br />provide any funding for the fire truck. Commissioner Carruth responded in <br />the affirmative. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following ordinance: <br />Ordinance No. 2010 -04 <br />Ordinance Amending Special Acts, Article III, <br />Tax Districts in Cabarrus County <br />(Section 4, 13 and 18) and Chapter 34, Fire Prevention and Protection <br />of the Code of Ordinances in Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br />Be it ordained by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners that <br />Special Acts, Article III, Tax Districts in Cabarrus County (Section 4, 13 <br />and 18) and Chapter 34, Fire Prevention and Protection of the Code of <br />Ordinances in Cabarrus County, North Carolina is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Article III. Section 4. Boundaries of Enochville Fire District in Cabarrus <br />County. <br />Delete the following text: <br />MINNOWS <br />._ <br />
