August 16, 2010 (Regular Meeting) <br />Page 97 <br />(L -1) Closed Session — To Discuss Matters Related To the Location or <br />Expansion of Industries or Other Business in the County <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board voted to go into closed session as authorized <br />by N.C.G.S. 143- 318.11(a)(4). Ryan McDaniels was invited into the closed <br />session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />(M) ADJOURN <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m. <br />Cle c to Bo r <br />
