<br />This is to certify that on October 18, 2010 the Cabarrus County Board of
<br />Commissioners reviewed and approved the changes listed below on the Work
<br />First Plan for FY2010 -11.

<br />(F -9) Finance - Approval of the Amended Cannon Memorial Library Special
<br />Revenue Project Ordinance and Related Budget Amendment - $50,000.00
<br />On September 14, 2010, the Cannon Foundation approved a $50,000.00
<br />grant to the Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library renovation project. The
<br />$50,000.00 along with approximately $750,000.00 of additional donated funds
<br />will be used to renovate and up fit the Downtown Concord Library. All the
<br />funds for this project have been contributed to the County by citizens and
<br />foundations for the sole purpose of improving/ equipping the Downtown Concord
<br />Library. There are no County tax dollars involved in this project. The
<br />project should begin in October 2010 and be completed in early 2011.
<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following project ordinance
<br />and related budget amendment:

<br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the
<br />County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, that, pursuant to Section
<br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,
<br />the following special revenue project ordinance is hereby
<br />adopted:
<br />denial of future emergency assistance.
