Jay White, Sr., Chairman <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />(F -9) Finance - Approval of the Amended Cannon Memorial Library Special <br />Revenue Project Ordinance and Related Budget Amendment - $50,000.00 <br />On September 14, 2010, the Cannon Foundation approved a $50,000.00 <br />grant to the Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library renovation project. The <br />$50,000.00 along with approximately $750,000.00 of additional donated funds <br />will be used to renovate and up fit the Downtown Concord Library. All the <br />funds for this project have been contributed to the County by citizens and <br />foundations for the sole purpose of improving/ equipping the Downtown Concord <br />Library. There are no County tax dollars involved in this project.
