Exact figures can't be determined until <br />participants register. Supply and rental fees will be reduced, trips will be <br />reduced, staff hours will be reduced by not taking trips, and miscellaneous <br />expenses will be reduced to ensure the program operates in the black or is at <br />least a break even program. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the reduction in Day Camp <br />registration fees for 2009 as presented. <br />(F-9) Tax Administration - Approval of 2008 Delinquent Taxes Having Liens on <br />Real Property and Advertisement Date <br />North Carolina General Statute 105-369 requires counties to report the <br />amount of unpaid taxes for the current year, 2008, having liens on real <br />property ($8,953,279.00), less bankruptcies ($106,083.61), which will leave a <br />balance of $8,897,195.39 in unpaid taxes. Brent Weisner, Tax Administrator, <br />further requests March 22, 2009 as the date set by the Board of Commissioners <br />for the tax lien advertisement. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the report on outstanding <br />delinquent taxes on real estate for 2008 and approved the lien advertisement <br />date of March 22, 2009. <br />ORDER OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH G.S. 105-369 <br />State of North Carolina <br />County of Cabarrus <br />T0: J.
