In calendar year 2009, no more than 3 residential lots platted; In calendar year 2010, no more than 5 residential lots platted; In calendar year 2011, no more than 5 residential lots platted; In calendar year 2012, no more than 5 residential lots platted; In calendar year 2013, no more than 1 residential lot platted. 2. Mitigation of the pro-rata share of the cost of the planned capacity, which equals $8,617.00 per single family residential subdivision lot, payable prior to final platting. Ms. Morris requested this item be placed on the agenda as a New Business item. UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner Carruth, and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the Reservation of Capacity for the Alexander Estates Subdivision on the June 15, 2009 Agenda as a New Business item. Commerce - Reservation of Capacity for the Villages at Skybrook Phase 3 Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, presented the following information regarding the Reservation of Capacity request for the Villages at Skybrook Phase 3: The Huntley Group, LLC., (10931 Williams Road, Charlotte, NC 28227) is requesting a reservation of capacity for the Alexander Estates residential subdivision project, which consists of 19 single family units on +/- 54.35 acres located north of the intersection of Lower Rocky River Road and Morrison Road in unincorporated Cabarrus County. School Capacity Review The Alexander Estates residential subdivision project is expected to produce approximately 6 elementary students, 3 middle school students and 2 high schools students for a total of 11 students. The schools impacted by the project are Bethel Elementary School, C.C. Griffin Middle School and Hickory Ridge High School. The county's capital improvements plan (CI P) includes the following proposed improvements that would create additional capacity for the schools impacted by the project: Nn ml'iar of Additional Seats listed in CIP Year School 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2019 Elementary Bethel 200 200 Middle C.C. Griffin 900 High Hickory Ridge 350 Seat Distribution Summary - (Based on July 2008 Capital Improvements Plan) Elementary - A new elementary school is scheduled for 2009 on Miami Church Road to replace the existing A.T. Allen Elementary School. When this new school opens, 100 students will be transferred from Bethel Elementary School to the new elementary school due to redistricting. Also, a new elementary school is scheduled for 2009 adjacent to C.C. Griffin Middle School. When this new school opens, 100 students will be transferred from Bethel Elementary School to the new elementary school due to redistricting. Another new elementary school is scheduled for 2013 south of Harrisburg. When this new school opens, 200 students will be transferred from Bethel Elementary School to the new elementary school due to redistricting.
