Don Cummings, Human Resources Director, was <br />invited into the Closed Session. <br />By consensus, the Board came out of Closed Session. <br />The Board discussed the possible need for a special joint meeting with <br />Cabarrus County Schools to discuss Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (QZAB) and <br />Qualified School Construction Bonds (QSCB). <br />(M) ADJOURN <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Mynatt, <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to adjourn the meeting at 9:46 p.m. <br />Cle t t the o d <br />
