(J) GENERAL COMMENTS HY HOARD MEMBERS Commissioner Privette commented on a comparison of tax rates of counties with Republican boards in an article published in the July issue of the COUNTY LINES from the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners. A short discussion ensued on the importance of comparisons of "apples to apples" not "apples to oranges". (K) WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF CABARRUS COUNTY None. (L) CLOSED SESSION (L-1) Closed Session - To Prevent Information; To Disousa Threatened Diacusa Matters Relating to the Lo to N.C.G.S. 143.318.11(x)(1)(3)(4). UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Poole and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session to prevent disclosure of privileged or confidential information; to discuss threatened or pending litigation (APFO/SMI); and to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries pursuant to N.C.G.S. 193.316.11(x)(1)(3)(4).
