Exceptions: Employees assigned to EMS with a schedule of on duty 29 hours and off duty 98 hours shall earn vacation leave at a rate equal to 190 of other full-time employees on Schedule A or B. Law enforcement officers working a 12 hour shift schedule shall earn vacation leave at a rate equal to 105 of other full time employees on Schedule A or B. These employees shall be charged on an hour for hour basis for vacation leave taken.
