Robinson, Attorney of C.J. Robinson, PA recorded a Warranty <br />Deed on April 17, 2009, in Cabarrus County with a $236.00 excise stamp <br />affixed. Due to an error in the legal description by the Attorney, a new <br />deed was recorded and a $236.00 excise stamp was affixed. The excise stamp <br />should not have been paid on the second Warranty Deed recorded. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Poole and <br />unanimously carried, the Board authorized a refund to C.J.
