Spencer as part of the 2008 Meeting Schedule adopted in <br />December. Due to a scheduling conflict, the annual retreat has been <br />rescheduled to March 7 and 8. The following resolution amends the 2008 <br />Meeting Schedule to reflect this change. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Juba, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' <br />MEETING SCHEDULE <br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008 <br />Resolution 2008-03 <br />WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners adopted its 2006 <br />Meeting Schedule in December 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2008 Meeting Schedule established the meeting dates for <br />work sessions, regular meetings, conferences, annual retreat, etc. <br />WHEREAS, the 2008 Meeting Schedule set the Board's annual retreat for <br />February 8 and 9 at Camp T. N. Spencer; and <br />WHEREAS, due to a scheduling conflict, the Board desires to reschedule <br />its retreat to March 7 (10 am - 5 pm) and March 6 (8:30 am - 5 pm) so that <br />all members of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners may attend; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners, does hereby amend its 2008 Meeting Schedule and sets the <br />Board's annual retreat on March 7 and 8, 2008, at Camp T.
