April 21, 2008 (Regular Meeting) Page 806
Richard Koch, County Attorney, recommended the Villas at Forest Park
Apartment Project be tabled until the May 19, 2008 regular meeting. He
reported the applicant is proposing that the project be exempted from the
Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance and Voluntary Mitigation Payment for the
following reasons: (1) the project will be restricted to persons over the age
of 55 and the disabled; and (2) the project will not produce any school
students. However, he said the applicant needs more time to provide
additional supporting documentation.
UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette
and unanimously carried, the Board voted to table the Reservation of Capacity
Certificate for the Villas at Forest Park Apartment Project until the May 19,
2008 regular meeting.
ect -
Certificate -
Dee Rankin, representative for the Founder's Reserve Subdivision
Project, explained that the developer's attorney would not be able to attend
tonight's meeting.
