Sale of this property will increase the taxable property and <br />business prospects of the County. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OE COMMISSIONERS, in its <br />discretion, that the sale of the land and buildings located at 51 and 57 <br />Union Street, South, Concord, North Carolina complies with the provisions of <br />N.C. Gen. Stat. X158-7.1 and is in the best interests of Cabarrus County. Jay White, Sr., Chairman, Cabarrus County Board <br />of Commissioners, Concord, North Carolina, hereby proclaim the week of April <br />20-26, 2008 as Administrative Professionals Week, and Wednesday, April 23, as <br />Administrative Professionals Day, saluting the valuable contributions of <br />administrative professionals in the workplace.
