Fries Middle School and Jay M. Robinson High <br /> <br />School 29 11 <br />Note: This table assumes that no redistricting occurs either <br />before or after the new schools planned or under construction are <br />opened. <br />Adequacy Determination <br />As illustrated above, adequate school capacity currently EXISTS <br />for this residential townhome project at the elementary, middle <br />and high schools. (Note that according to Section 15-11, Number <br />4, of the APFO, "...future available capacity must be "...equal to or <br />greater than the projected enrollment that will be produced by <br />the proposed development for all school types," not just one or <br />two.) <br />Board of Commissioner Action Options: <br />Option l: <br />Approve the Reservation of Capacity Certificate for Coddle Creek <br />residential townhome project. <br />Ms. Morris responded to questions from the Board and asked to have the <br />item placed on the Agenda as a New Business item. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the Reservation of Capacity <br />Certificate for the Coddle Creek Townhome Project on the June 16, 2008 Agenda <br />as a Consent item. <br />Revised Consent Agreement - Rustic Canyon (Phase 1 and 2) Subdivision Project <br />Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, presented information <br />related to the Consent Agreements for Rustic Canyon (Phase 1 and 2) <br />Subdivision Projects. She asked the Board to consider allowing Shea Homes to <br />enter into one Consent Agreement that covers all lots in both phases. She <br />reported that as of this morning, Shea Homes is willing to adjust their <br />build-out schedule as follows: calendar year 2008, no more than 100 lots <br />platted; calendar year 2009, no more than 173 lots platted; calendar year <br />2010, no more than 176 lots platted; calendar year 2011, no more than 142 <br />lots platted; and calendar year 2012, no more than 149 lots platted. Further, <br />she pointed out there would not be any lots platted in 2007. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to place the revised Consent <br />
