Commerce Department - Reservation of Capacity Certificate - Wellsprinc Village Project Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, presented the following information related to the Reservation of Capacity Certificate for the Wellspring Village Project, a proposed project for senior citizens: Crosland Homes, (227 West Trade Street, Suite 800, Charlotte, NC 28202) is requesting a reservation of capacity for the Wellspring Village project, which consists of 52 multi-family units on +/- 6.53 acres located in the City of Concord,North Carolina.
