C. Research Campus project. <br />John Day, County Manager, stated according to 'the Kannapolis City <br />Manager, Kannapolis is .still tweaking the numbers but expects action to be <br />taken on January 22, 2007. <br />There was a general discussion on the County's participation in the <br />project. <br />County Goals <br />
