<br />You are hereby authorized, empowered, and commanded to collect the 2006 taxes
<br />set forth in the tax records filed in the office of the Cabarrus County
<br />Assessor, and in the tax receipts herewith delivered to you, in the amounts
<br />and from the taxpayers likewise set forth. Such taxes are hereby declared to
<br />be a first lien upon all real property of the respective taxpayers in the
<br />County of Cabarrus.
<br />This Order shall be a full and sufficient authority to direct, require and
<br />enable you to levy on and sell any real or personal property of such
<br />taxpayers, for and on account thereof, in accordance with the law,

<br />(F-3) Tax Administration - Resolution to Advance Cabarrus Countv's
<br />Revaluation Schedule #rom January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2008 and to Implement
<br />a
<br />Cabarrus County desires to conduct a reappraisal of real property
<br />earlier than required by G.S X105-266, effective January 1, 2008, and to
<br />implement subsequent reappraisals every four years. Funds for the
<br />reappraisal work were appropriated in the FY 07-OB budget and shall be
<br />reappropriated each succeeding fiscal year to assure the timely completion of
<br />the reappraisal work on a quadrennial revaluation cycle as required by GS
<br />X103-A-150.
<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution:

<br />COUNTY'S REVALUATION SCHEDULE FROM JANUARY 1, 2012 TO JANUARY 1, 2008 AND TO
<br />IMPLEMENT SUBSEQUENT REAPPRAISALS EVERY FOUR YEARS
<br />WHEREAS, Cabarrus County completed and implemented its most recent
<br />reappraisal of real property on January 1, 2009, utilizing its own staff and
<br />personnel; and
