Funds for the <br />reappraisal work were appropriated in the FY 07-OB budget and shall be <br />reappropriated each succeeding fiscal year to assure the timely completion of <br />the reappraisal work on a quadrennial revaluation cycle as required by GS <br />X103-A-150. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution: <br />Resolution No, 2007-15 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO ADVANCE CABARRUS <br />COUNTY'S REVALUATION SCHEDULE FROM JANUARY 1, 2012 TO JANUARY 1, 2008 AND TO <br />IMPLEMENT SUBSEQUENT REAPPRAISALS EVERY FOUR YEARS <br />WHEREAS, Cabarrus County completed and implemented its most recent <br />reappraisal of real property on January 1, 2009, utilizing its own staff and <br />personnel; and <br />
