There was no one present to address the Board; therefore, Chairman Carruth closed the public hearing. UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Vice Chairman Juba and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Ordinance amending the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance: Ordinance No. 2007-10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (C2007-O1-ST) BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: APPENDIX A-Typical Street Cross Sections DELETE all existing drawings, tables and standards for street typical standards located in Appendix A, pages A-1 through A-6 (Residential Collector Parkway, Residential Collector, Residential Street, Alley, Rural Residential, Requirements for Dead-End and Stub .Streets, Cul de- Sac, Cul-de-Sac with Island, Hammerhead and Loop Lane) REPLACE deleted text and drawings with corrected drawings, tables, text and standards for street typicals. (Residential Collector Parkway, Residential Collector, Residential Street, Alley, Rural Residential, Requirements for Dead-End and Stub Streets, Cul de-Sac, Cul-de-Sac with Island, Hammerhead) ADD Pavement Schedule Adopted this the 20`" day of August 2007 by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. /s/ Robert W. Since that time, she said clarifications were made to Option No. 1. in response to questions from Commissioner White. She reviewed the proposed changes to Option No. 1, reviewed Option No. 2 and responded to a variety of questions from the Board. Chairman Carruth opened the public hearing on Text Amendment C2007- 007ZT to add Chapter 15, Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance text to the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance at 7:05 p.m. The Public Hearing Notice was published on August 9 and 16, 2007 in THE CHARLOTTE OBSERVER (Cabarrus Neighbors) and on August 9 and 13, 2007 in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE. There was no one present to address the Board; therefore, Chairman Carruth closed the public hearing. Ms. Zakraisek and Jonathan Marshall, the Commerce Director, responded to additional questions from the Board on both options. A general discussion amongst the Board members ensued.
