He also addressed the <br />amount of attorney fees applied to delinquent accounts. <br />There was no one else to address the Board and Chairman Carruth closed <br />the public hearing. <br />(G-2) Text Amendment C2007-02-ST Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance-Public <br />Hearing - 6:30 p.m. <br />Susie Zakraisek Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, presented <br />information on Text Amendment No. C2007-02-ST. She explained the purpose of <br />the amendment to Chapter 9, Section 17 of the County's Subdivision Ordinance <br />is to ensure consistency between the ,subdivision and zoning ordinance by <br />referencing the newly adopted Chapter 15, Adequate Public Facilities <br />Ordinance, of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance. She reported a public <br />hearing is required. <br />At 7:10 p.m. Chairman Carruth opened the public hearing on Text <br />Amendment C2007-02-ST. The Public Hearing Notice was published on September <br />6 and 13, 2007 in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE and on September 9 and 13, 2007 in <br />THE CHARLOTTE OBSERVER (Cabarrus Neighbors). <br />There was no one present to address the Board; therefore, Chairman <br />Carruth closed the public hearing. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner White and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following ordinance amending the <br />Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance, C2007-02-ST: <br />Ordinance No. 2007-12 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br />SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (C2007-02-ST) <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />ADD the following language to Chapter 4, Section 17: <br />in accordance with Chapter 15 of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance. <br />Adopted this the 17th day of September, 2007, by the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners. <br />/s/ Robert W. She reported the proposed <br />amendment to the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance addresses the changes in <br />State statutes (Senate Bill 631, ratified on August 2, 2007) concerning the <br />regulation of Wireless Telecommunication Services. She reported a copy of <br />the current text and the proposed text was included in the agenda and that a <br />public hearing is required. <br />At 7:11 p.m., Chairman Carruth opened the public hearing on Text <br />Amendment No. C2007-OB-ZT.
