Copies of the Orders are provided. Note: The 2008 Revaluation <br />Market Schedule of Values and Present-Use Schedule of Values were presented <br />to the Board in August of 2007. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner White <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Order Adopting Final <br />Present-Use Schedule of Values for the 2008 County-wide Revaluation; adopted <br />the following Order Adopting Final Uniform Schedule of Values, Standards and <br />Rules; and authorized the Chairman to execute the Notice of Adoption. <br />ORDER <br />ADOPTING FINAL PRESENT USE SCHEDULE OE VALUES <br />FOR <br />2008 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to G.S. 105-286, Cabarrus County will reappraise all <br />real property in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 105-283 and G.S. 105- <br />317; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317, the County Assessor <br />for Cabarrus County has submitted proposed uniform schedule of values, <br />standards, and rules for present use values to the County Commissioners, which <br />proposed schedules have been considered at a public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, a notice has been published in The Independent Tribune and The <br />Charlotte Observer (Cabarrus Neighbors) of the submission to the Board of <br />Commissioners of the proposed schedules and the notice of public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has adopted the final schedules, <br />pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the final present-use value schedule <br />attached to this Order be approved for use in appraising real property at its <br />
