Carruth, Chairman <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Lori Hinson <br />Lori Hinson, Deputy Clerk to the Board <br />ORDER <br />ADOPTING FINAL UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF VALUES, STANDARDS AND RULES <br />FOR <br />2008 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to G.S. 105-286, Cabarrus County will reappraise all <br />real property in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 105-263 and G.S. 105- <br />317; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317, the County Assessor <br />for Cabarrus County has submitted proposed uniform schedule of values, <br />standards, and rules to the County Commissioners, which proposed schedules have <br />been considered at a public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS,a notice has been published in The Independent Tribune and The <br />Charlotte Observer (Cabarrus Neighbors) of the submission to the Board of <br />Commissioners of the proposed schedules and the notice of public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has adopted the final schedules, <br />pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the final uniform schedule of values, <br />standards and rules attached to this Order be approved for use in appraising <br />real property at its true market value as of January 1, 2008. A notice of <br />the adoption of this Order shall be published once a week for four successive <br />weeks in The Independent Tribune, and <br />The final schedule shall be available for public inspection at the <br />office of the County Assessor, Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church <br />Street, S.
