<br />March 20, 2006 - Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />546 <br /> <br />(K) WATER & SEWER DISTRICT OF CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />(No items of business) <br /> <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />(L-1) Closed Session as Authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a) (3) (6) <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session to consult <br />with the attorney to preserve the attorney-client privilege and discuss <br />pending or threatened litigation and to discuss a personnel matter as <br />authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a) (3) (6). <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Freeman <br />and unanimously carried, the Board voted to come out of the Closed Session. <br /> <br />(M) RECESS OF MEETING <br /> <br />with there being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Carruth recessed the meeting at 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March <br />21, 2006, (joint retreat with the Boards of Education) in the Cabarrus Room <br />at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. <br /> <br />J~ -J.~ <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br />
