She <br />pledged to continue to make the best decisions possible for the betterment of <br />Cabarrus County during the remainder of her term. <br /> <br />(K) WATER<< SEWER DISTRICT OF CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />(NO items of business) <br /> <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />(L-l) To Consider a Personnel Matter(s) as Authorized by N.C. General <br />Statute 143-318.11(a) (6) <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Freeman and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session to consider a <br />personnel matter(s) as authorized by N.C. General Statue 143-318.11(a) (6). <br />Further, the Board invited Don Cummings, Human Resources Director I to join <br />the Board in Closed Session. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner <br />Privette and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of the Closed <br />Session. <br /> <br />(M) RECESS OF MEETING <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Carruth recessed the meeting at 10:50 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May <br />18, 2006, in the Multipurpose Room at the Governmental Center. <br /> <br />J--~ 3-.~ <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br />
