In one month's calculation, she reported CCS <br />had an additional 673 students above the state projection and the school <br />system continues to enroll students. She said CCS wants to have the high <br />school open in FY 2009, but the County's 5-year Plan shows the debt service <br />not being paid until 2009. She further reported on contacting the Local <br />Government Commission (LGC) in reference to borrowing the money for the high <br />school and paying the debt service in 2009 as planned.
