He also <br />thanked Commissioners~Carpenter and Freeman for their service. <br />Commissioner Carpenter thanked the citizens of Cabarrus County for <br />allowing her to serve as a County Commissioner for the past 12 years. <br />(K) WATER 6 SEWER DISTRICT O& CABARRUS COUNTY <br />(No items of business.) <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />(L-1) Closed Session To Consider A Personnel Matter (S) As Authorized By N.C. <br />General Statute 143-318.11(a)(3) <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Freeman, seconded by Vice Chairman Juba and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session to consider a <br />personnel matter(s) as authorized by N.C.
