<br />at Rocky River Elementary School, Concord Middle School, Wineaoff Elementary
<br />School, Harrisburg Elementary School, WW Flows Park and Camp Spencer)
<br />Park improvements have been completed at Rocky River Elementary School,
<br />Concord Middle School, Winecoff Elementary School, Harrisburg Elementary
<br />School, WW Flows Park and Camp Spencer. The following budget amendment
<br />closes each project.
<br />UPON MOTION ofCommissioner Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner Privette
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment:

<br />TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Supplemental Request
<br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: This budget revision is being submitted to close out the
<br />budget for completed capital projects recorded in the Capital Projects Fund.
<br />This fund is mainly used for park improvements and continues to grow. This
<br />revision is being done for tracking and accountingpurposes only.

<br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Kiser Development Company purchased a sewer right-of-way
<br />across property owned.by Cabarrus County. This right-of-way will be owned by
<br />the City of Concord. Revenue from the purchase will be split between the two
<br />schools on the property. (Concord Middle and Irvin Elementary) Funds were
<br />received July 29, 2006.
