<br />The LIDAR terminology was changed to include mass points and variations
<br />from the 2003 NC Floodplain data acquisition. Further, the document also
<br />reflects an address change for the project manager at EarthData from High
<br />Point, Ne to Fredericksburg, VA.

<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Juba, seconded by Commissioner Freeman and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board approved\'Amendrnent A" to the December 2004
<br />Regional Orthophotography Contract between Cabarrus County and EarthData
<br />International and authorized the County "Manager to execute the Amendment on
<br />behalf of Cabarrus County.

<br />
<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Juba, seconded by Commissioner Freeman and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the renewal contract between Cabarrus
<br />County Department of Social Services and PiedrnontBehavioral Healthcare for
<br />the case planning and management of the Child Welfare program in the amount
<br />of $53,694.00 for FY 2005. Further, the Board authorized the County Manager
<br />to execute the contract subject to attorney review and approval.

<br />The construction contracts have been finalized for the following
<br />projects: Upfit of the old School Administration Building (RCCC Business
<br />Center); the design phase cost of Building 3000; and the construction of a
<br />parking lot at the RCCC South Campus.

<br />AMOUNT: $352,130.00
<br />TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Supplemental Request
<br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: To revise the Construction and Renovation Fund budget
<br />for construction contracts and Engineering and Architect estimates. The
<br />Construction and Renovation Fund is being used to fund the upfit of the Old
<br />School Administration Building, the design phase of Building 3000 at RCCC
<br />South Campus and to construct a parking lot at RCCC South Campus. A
<br />$500,000.00 donation was received from the Cannon Foundation for the purchase
<br />of furniture in the RCCC Business Center (Old School Admin. Bldg).
<br />$4,500,000.00 will be issued in Installment Financing to cover the remaining
<br />expenditures.
