The Finance Officer is hereby directed to maintain within the <br />Capital Project Fund sufficient detailed accounting records to satisfy the <br />terms of the Installment Financing resolution. <br /> <br />Section 6. Funds may be advanced from the General Fund for the purpose <br />of making payments as due. Reimbursement requests should be made to the <br />grantor agencies in an orderly and timely manner. <br /> <br />Section 7. The Finance Officer is directed to report, at the request of <br />the Board, on the financial status of each project element in Section 3 and on <br />the total revenues received or claimed. <br /> <br />Section 8. Copies of this capital project ordinance shall be furnished <br />to the Clerk to the Governing Board, and to the Budget Officer and the Finance <br />Officer for direction in carrying out this project. <br /> <br />Section 9. The Manager may transfer amounts up to $100,000 between functions <br />of the same ordinance. <br />c. The Manager may transfer amounts between contingency funds which <br />are set aside for a specific projects upon the appropriate approval of the <br />change order. <br />d. The Manager may enter into and execute change orders or amendments <br />to County construction contracts in amounts up to $50,000 when the project <br />ordinance contains sufficient appropriated but unencumbered funds. Bonds <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />(F-13) Resolution Approving the Articles of Association and Agreement for <br />the Centralina Workforce Development Consortium <br /> <br />The Board received the Articles of Asociation and Agreement for the <br />Centralina Workforce Development Consortium. The Articles stated Cabarrus <br />County wished to remain in the Consortium for the purpose of receiving and <br />utilizing federal and state workforce development and training funds <br />(Workforce Investment Act and National Emergency Grant) for the training and <br />employment of eligible individuals and dislocated workers in the county. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by vice Chairman Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Resolution approving <br />the Articles of Association and Agreement for the Centralina Workforce <br />Development Consortium and authorizing the Chairman to execute the Agreement <br />on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CENTRALINA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the counties of Anson, <br />Stanly, and Union as independent and <br />local government do hereby agree to <br />Development Consortium to act jointly <br />the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. <br /> <br />Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan, <br />contiguous units of general purpose <br />continue as the Centralina Workforce <br />as a Workforce Investment Area under <br />
