It was noted during discussion that the <br />legal expenses had decreased since December 20, 2004. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Juba <br />with Chairman Carpenter, Vice Chairman Carruth and Commissioners Freeman and <br />Juba voting for and Commissioner Privette voting against, the Board adopted <br />the following budget amendment. <br /> <br />BUDGET REVISION/AMENDMENT REQUEST <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE <br />AMOUNT: $178,000.00 <br />TYPE OF ADJUSTMENT: Supplemental Request <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: At the Board of Commissioners meeting January 24, 2005, <br />the Board directed all costs associated with County Attorney be placed in a <br />separate budget. He stated the subdivision was submitted when the policy <br />for the advancement of school adequacy was set at $1,008.00. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board tabled the Consent Agreement with Pulte <br />Home Corporation for the Laureldale Subdivision until April 18, 2005. <br /> <br />(G-4) Appeal by Parker << Orleans Homebuilders of the Planning and Zoning <br />CODDllission's February 17th Denial of the Wellington Chase Subdivision C05- <br />06 (S) <br /> <br />Jonathan Marshall, Commerce Director, introduced discussion regarding <br />the Wellington Chase Subdivision and issues associated with the adequate <br />public facilities ordinance.
