<br />April 18, 2005 (Regular Meeting) <br /> <br />Page 147 <br /> <br />Services Contract to update the reimbursed mileage rate to the current IRS <br />standard of $.405 per mile effective April 1, 2005. <br /> <br />(F-6) Department of Social Services - Good Health Services Contract Addendum <br />(Administrative Fees) <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved an addendum to the Good Health <br />Services Contract for the Department of Social Services to add the following: <br /> <br />Fiscal/Financial Intermediary service(s)/Consumer Directed Care: <br /> <br />Administrative Fee - Start Up: <br />Administrative Fee - Monthly: <br /> <br />$72.00/per participant <br />$34.00/per participant <br /> <br />(F-7) Resolution Amending the Regular Meeting Schedule for the Month of May <br />2005 (Change Meeting Date from May 16 to May 23) <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Resolution amending <br />the regular meeting schedule for the month of May 2005: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CaharruB County Board of Commissioners has established a <br />regular meeting schedule that provides for an agenda work session on Monday, <br />May 2, 2005, at 3:30 p.m. and a regular meeting on Monday, May 16, at 6:30 <br />p.m. i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to scheduling conflicts, the Board desires to reschedule <br />the regular meeting from May 16 to May 23. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners does hereby amend its regular meeting schedule to change the <br />regular meeting date from May 16 to May 23, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting <br />will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, SE, Concord. First, the purchase of eight desktop computers to replace old dumb <br />terminals that are well past "end-of-lifell status. These units are used by <br />public to access library catalog and for circulation activities. This action <br />is supported by the County ITS Department.
