The seara's ruliR~ is siRaiR~. <br />(e) When a grievance has been settlea ruled upon by the Eemergency Mffiedical <br />Saervices DElirector if t.here is any reEH:1t:tal frem the organization or the <br />person against whom the complaint was filed wishes to appeal, that person or <br />organization must go through the proper procedures to get the grievance <br />before the F~irst Rfesponder Aadvisory Beoard for their ruling. The person or <br />organization is not to communicate directly with the organization filing the <br />original grievance. Standards for Equipment. <br />A list of standard equipment for first responders will be provided by <br />Cabarrus County EMS (CCEMS) to each first responder agency.
