<br />RESOLUTION
<br />CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners wishes to continue
<br />to provide for the consolidated maintenance staffs of the Cabarrus County
<br />Board of Education and the Kannapolis City Board of Education; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners has reviewed the
<br />Maintenance Agreement and desires to execute it,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Maintenance Agreement attached
<br />hereto is hereby ratified.

<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the Chairman to sign the
<br />Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (DJJDP) County
<br />Funding Plan, Certification Standards for the Juvenile Crime Prevention
<br />Council (JCPC) and Program Agreements for Home Based Services, Project
<br />Challenge, Inc., Court Psychological Services, Cabarrus Teen Court Program,
<br />Genesis New Beginning; and allocated $3,000.00 to Cabarrus County JCPC
<br />administrative costs.
