<br />June 20, 2005 - Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />244 <br /> <br />Mr. Day requested clarification <br />about deleting the traffic impact <br />rezoning. <br /> <br />regarding the issue that was brought up <br />analysis requirement for a straight <br /> <br />Mr. Lentz recommended that "rezoning" be deleted from the traffic <br />impact analysis requirement set forth in Section 12-12.s(A) (1). <br /> <br />vice Chairman Carruth withdrew his previous motion and stated he would <br />make a new motion. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Chairman Carpenter <br />with Vice Chairman Carruth, Chairman Carpenter and Commissioner Juba voting <br />for and Commissioners Freeman and Privette voting against, the Board adopted <br />the zoning amendments as presented within the Commissioners' Agenda Package <br />with the following changes: <br /> <br />i. Delete Section 5-7, Part E-2, Item a Exterior Building <br />Materials with Item a to be shown as "Reserved". <br />ii. Amend the density tables as presented on Table 1. <br />iii. The amendments <br />are identified as follows: <br /> <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 3 : Ordinance No. 2005-07 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 4: Ordinance No. 2005-08 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 5 : Ordinance No. 2005-09 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 6 : Ordinance No. 2005-10 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 7 : Ordinance NO. 2005-11 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 12 : Ordinance No. 2005-12 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes - Add New Appendix A: Ordinance No. 2005-13 <br />Zoning Ordinance Changes to Chapter 13: Ordinance No. 2005-14 <br /> <br />The motion by Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Freeman, <br />to amend Vice Chairman Carruth's motion to include the deletion of the <br />following architectural standards failed with Commissioners Privette and <br />Freeman voting for and Chairman Carpenter, Vice Chairman Carruth and <br />Commissioner Juba voting against: Page 5-14 (Section 5-7, Part E-2), Item b - <br />Roof overhang; and Item c - additional standards for corner lots; Page 5-23 <br />(Section 5-8), Item F - Garage location. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Carruth, seconded by Chairman Carpenter <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the Subdivision Ordinance <br />Amendments [Petition C200s-01(ST)] as presented within the Commissioners' <br />Agenda Package. The Subdivision Ordinance Amendments, identified as Ordinance <br />No. 2005-15, are on file in the Office of the County Manager and included by <br />reference as a part of the minutes. <br /> <br />[D-1(c)] Amended Zoning Map COs-04(R) - Public Hearing Held on May 23, 2005 <br />and Action Deferred until June 20, 2005 <br /> <br />Commissioner Juba made <br />"Alternative to Committee Map.H <br /> <br />motion to adopt the zoning map entitled <br />Vice Chairman Carruth seconded the motion. <br />
