<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Freeman
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution:

<br />Resolution No. 2005-33
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE
<br />REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE
<br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2006
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the regular agenda work sessions of the Cabarrus County Board
<br />of commissioners are currently held on the first Monday of each month at 3:30
<br />p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at the Governmental Center, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners are
<br />the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners'
<br />Room at the Governmental Center; and
<br />
<br />held on
<br />Meeting
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, several holidays and
<br />Association of County Commissioners
<br />agenda work session dates as well as
<br />and
<br />
<br />scheduled conferences of the National
<br />require a change in a number of the
<br />the January 2006 regular meeting date;
