This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement <br />between the parties hereto, and fully supersedes any prior agreements <br />or understandings between the parties. Employee aCknowledges that she <br />has not relied on any representations, promises, or agreements of any <br />kind made to her in connection with her decision to accept this <br />Agreement, except for, those set forth in this Agreement. She stated the Board had appropriated $15,000.00 for <br />educational materials and $25,000.00 to establish a special spay/neuter <br />program for indigent persons/families. <br /> <br />(K) WATER & SEWER DISTRICT OF CABARRUS COUNTY - REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Suggs <br />and unanimously carried, the Board recessed the meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners at 10:06 p.m. until the conclusion of the meeting of the Water <br />and Sewer District. <br /> <br /> Chairman Freeman reconvened the regular meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners at 10:07 p.m. <br /> <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carpenter and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Closed Session <br />to consult with the County Attorney to preserve the attorney-client privilege <br />and to discuss pending litigation as authorized by North Carolina General <br />Statute (NCGS)'143-318.11(a) (3).
