The Board <br />had previously approved the purchase of the Patterson property and a right- <br />of-way from Theresa Eudy. Mr. Curlee's property is adjacent to the portion <br />of Ms. Eudy's property designated for right-of-way and Ms. Eudy and Mr. <br />Curlee prefer the right-of-way to straddle the property line. Freeman, Chairman of the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners, do hereby proclaim January 20, 2003, as Martin Luther <br />King, Jr. Day in Cabarrus County and urge all citizens to join in the <br />activities planned in celebration of this event. <br /> <br />This the 14~n day of January, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
