These funds are in addition to funds <br />allocated by the equity formula. The purpose of the initiative is to provide <br />funds for maintenance, modernization and public transportation. Mr. Lentz <br />reviewed the following priority list of projects for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Rocky River Road (SR 1139) <br />Widen travel lanes and add wide shoulder from each of the Brookdale <br />Project to Highway 49.
