Participate fully in RPA meetings, projects and other activities, by <br /> identifying representatives from the leadership of our organization <br /> who will: <br /> a. Attend and participate in RPA activities on our behalf; and, <br /> b. Communicate to our organization information about the RPA, <br /> including its goals, policy recommendations, information <br /> requests, projects, and other activities. <br /> <br />2. Share information and other resources with the RPA, including: <br /> a. Information about our organization's plans, projects, and <br /> activities that impact or relate to the RPA's purposes and <br /> goals, or that may benefit from coordination with plans, <br /> projects, and activities of other RPA members; <br /> b. Information about statistical, mapping, or other data that our <br /> organization collects or maintains that may impact or relate to <br /> the RPA's purpose and goals; and, <br /> c. Bonds <br /> <br />(VI-C) Long Range Plans <br /> Mr. Lentz reported that planning staff members are currently working on <br />updates to three plans - Eastern Area Plan, Northwest Area Plan and Midland <br />Area Plan. <br /> <br />(VII) CONCLUSION <br /> <br /> Mr. Marshall advised that Planning Services staff would prepare a <br />written report on those issues concerning Environmental, Transportation, <br />Utilities, Schools and Growth Management as identified by the Board at the <br />beginning of the meeting.
