Freeman, Chairman <br />Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />(E-3) Right-of-Way and Easement Agreements - Harris Road Middle School and Cox <br />Mill Elementar~ <br /> <br /> The City of Concord has requested right-of-way and easements for the public <br />portion of the water and sewer utility lines at Harris Road Middle School and Cox <br />Mill Elementary School. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Vice Chairman Suggs and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Right-of-way and Easement Agreements <br />for Harris Road Middle School and Cox Mill Elementary School as requested by the <br />City of Concord and authorized the Chairman to execute the agreements on behalf <br />of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />(E-4) Budget Amendment - Contribution to the Capital Projects (Parks) Fund <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners appropriated $155,250.00 in the <br />General Fund for a Contribution to the Capital Projects Fund in the FY 2004 <br />Budget for the construction of the Harrisburg School/Park Restroom Building.
