The Agreement included the following: <br />(1) NEMC to pay to CSA, who will forward to the County as part of their <br />Stonewall Jackson Soccer Complex financial pledge, a one-time marketing <br />sponsorship fee of $25,000.00; and NEMC to initially equip and furnish a <br />First Aid Center at the Soccer Complex and make available to CSA and the <br />County access to the First Aid Center. (2) CSA will designate NEMC as CSA's <br />exclusive healthcare provider and marketing partner and will include the NEMC <br />logo as "exclusive healthcare provider" on marketing materials, equipment, <br />etc. (3) Cabarrus County will place signage "NorthEast Medical First Aid <br /> <br /> <br />
