He stated it would not prohibit <br />Board members from contacting any of the municipal officials nor prohibit <br />municipal officials from contacting any Board member. <br /> <br />(H) INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Freeman opened the Informal Public Comments portion of the <br />meeting at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gene Cruse criticized the Board on how it handled the "firing" of <br />the County Manager and stated in his opinion the Board should have told the <br />public why it "fired" the Manager.
