Wilson, 'III, P.E., District Engineer with the North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation, presented the proposed 2001-2002 Secondary Road <br />Construction Program for Cabarrus County. He explained the process for <br />rating unpaved roads and reported there are 26 miles of unpaved roads in <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> The Department of Transportation published the Public Notice of the <br />scheduled program presentation in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE on May 9 and 16, <br />2001.
