The contract will provide for substance <br />abuse assessments, intensive outpatient treatment and regular outpatient <br />treatment to defendants who have received intermediate sanctioned punishments <br />by the court. The annual payment for services will not exceed $126,892.00 <br />with all funding provided by the State through the Criminal Justice <br />Partnership Program. <br /> <br />Authorization to Award Service Weapon to Deputy Talmad~e D. Blackwell on his <br />Retirement <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette and <br />unanimously carried, the Board, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute <br />20-187.2, declared surplus and authorized the award for the price of $1.00 <br />the service weapon (Smith & Wesson, 9MM, Model 5906, Serial #TEP1402) to <br />Deputy Talmadge D.
