The County of Cabarrus will, by and through its Human Resources <br /> Department, assist the Elections Director in providing a uniform system <br /> of personnel administration for the employees of the Cabarrus County <br /> Board of Elections under the rules, regulations and procedures <br /> applicable to Cabarrus County employees. <br />2. Cabarrus County will administer leave policies, position <br />classification, and compensation and benefits for employees of the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Elections. <br />3. The Cabarrus County Board of Elections and the Cabarrus County <br /> Elections Director will observe Cabarrus County's policies and <br /> procedures concerning general employment rules and regulations and <br /> conditions of employment so long as the County's personnel policies do <br /> not conflict with the State's applicable statutes controlling the <br /> <br /> <br />
