<br />Economic Development Incentives - Budget Amendment (Carry; Forward ~f 2001

<br /> Mr. Blair Bennett, Deputy County Manager for Administration, briefly
<br />reviewed the budget amendment to carry forward FY 2001 amounts for economic
<br />development incentives. Incentives will be paid only if the firm qualifies
<br />under the terms of agreements previously approved by the Board.
<br />
<br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment.

<br /> Furnish and install all sections of chain link fencing and gates on
<br /> Civil Drawing 3 of 8.
<br /> Replace Section of existing 4" sanitary sewer extending under Genera].
<br /> Services Drive. Saw-cut and patch existing asphalt paving. Compact
<br /> subgrade to 100% and 8" ABC stone base to 98% of standard proctor per
<br /> ASTM D-698. Install 3" of I-2 asphalt for surface finish of patch.
<br /> Revise Roof Panel Finish from Kynar 500 Fluoropolymer Coating to
<br /> Galvalume.
<br />Furnish and install CECO MAP Roof Plans (or approved equal) with
<br />Galvalume Finish in lieu of CECO 30" wide standing seam roof panel with
<br />Kynar Finish.
