MYNATT <br />a valued citizen who worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life in <br />Conco.rd, Cabarrus County and beyond. Fennel, Chairman <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Chairman Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted 'the Resolution as read and set forth <br />above. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Mynatt thanked the Board for the recognition given to her late <br />husband and commented on Mr. Mynatt's love for this community. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Suggs <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the agenda as submitted with the <br />following addition to the Consent Agenda: Resolution Requesting Funding <br />Assistance for a New Road Project in Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />RECOGNITIONS ~ PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />National 4-H Month Celebration Recognition <br /> <br /> Ms. Debbie Bost, Cabarrus Extension Director, commented briefly on the <br />history of 4-H and its efforts to teach youth the life skills that are needed <br />for everyday life. She recognized Staff Members Michelle Fritts, Dave Goff <br />and Pam Outen for their work with the 4-H Program.
