Budaet <br />00169110-6916 $ 0.00 <br />Contribution from IPRB <br />00161710-6901 $ 15,661,587.19 <br />Fund Balance Appropriated <br />00199110-9934 $1,821,185.00 <br /> Lease Interest - Schools <br /> <br /> Increase <br />$ 130,451.00 <br /> <br />$ 104,649.00 <br />$ 235,100.00 <br /> <br />Decrease <br /> <br /> Revised <br /> Budget <br /> $ 130,451.00 <br /> <br />$15,766,236.19 <br />$ 2,056,285.00 <br /> <br />Resolution Adding Hawick Commons Drive, Opus Court, Drayton Lane, Somerled <br />Court and Waters Edge Drive to the Secondary Road Maintenance System <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of the following roads <br />to the State secondary road system: Hawick Commons Drive, Opus Court, <br />Drayton Lane, Somerled Court and Waters Edge Drive. <br /> <br />Setting a Public Hearing on July 24, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter <br />as persons may be heard) to Consider the Naming of an Unnamed Road to Rodney <br />Rushing Road <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette and <br />unanimously carried, the Board set a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon <br />thereafter as persons may be heard) on July 24, 2000 to consider the Naming <br />of an Unnamed Road as "Rodney Rushing Road." <br /> <br />Articles of Association and Agreement for the Centralina Workforce <br /> <br />Develommen~ Consortium and a Resolution Approving the Artlcles of Association <br />and Aareament for the Cen~ralina Workforce Development Consortium <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Articles of Association and <br />Agreement for the Centrallna Workforce Development Consortium and adopted the <br />following Resolution. <br /> Resolution No. 2000-20 <br /> Resolution Approving the Articles <br /> of Association and <br /> Agreement for the Centralina Workforce Development Consortium <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the counties of Anson, Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan, <br />Stanly, and Union as independent and contiguous units of general purpose <br />local government do hereby agree to continue as the Centralina Workforce <br />Development Consortium to act jointly as a Workforce Investment Area under <br />the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. <br /> WHEREAS, certain technical revisions to the original "Articles of <br />Association" and subsequent amendments, including the addition of <br />requirements of the Workforce Investment Act and the addition of Anson County <br />to the Consortium, have been made for Program Year 2000 and have been <br />executed by the Chairman of this Board on behalf of this county, subject to <br />ratification of such action by this Board. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Articles of Association" designates the signatory <br />official for the Consortium and the administrative/fiscal agent to administer <br />the program on behalf of the Consortium, and requests certification of the <br />current Centralina Workforce Development Board as the local "Workforce <br />Investment Board" as required by the Act; now, therefor it is <br /> <br /> <br />
