313 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Fennel reported the land purchase will be funded out of <br />the Undesignated Fund Balance until the sale of the existing Fair property <br />and County-owned land on Cabarrus Avenue. Upon the sale of the property, the <br />money will be reimbursed to the Fund Balance for use in constructing schools. <br />Further, he stated the County has not yet entered into any formal contracts <br />with the Fair Association but will pursue discussions concerning that part of <br />the use of the property. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Barnhart adjourned the meeting at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
