This was an oversight by
our staff when the ordinance was amended. We have several of these
uses throughout the County with others being requested. The majority
of these uses are presently located within the Agriculture Open
Space zoning district. In addition to this district the staff feels
that permitting them within the Limited and General Commercial
zoning district would also be appropriate.

Amend Section 3-7 "Statements Regarding the Purpose of Zoning
Districts". To include Craft Shops/Antique Stores as a permitted
use in the Agriculture/Open Space, Limited Commercial, General
Commercial zoning districts.

Amend Section 3-8 "Table of Permitted Uses Commercial", to show
Craft Shops/Antique Stores as a permitted use with the A/O, LC,. and
GC zoning districts.
