<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Chairman Casper with
<br />Commissioners Mills, Niblock and Barnhart and Chairman Casper voting for and
<br />Commissioner Carpenter voting against, the Board adopted the following budget
<br />amendment for Development Services to allow for the addition of a new building
<br />inspector, fire inspector, mechanical inspector and electrical inspector
<br />positions.
