11 <br /> <br />Water and Sewer District <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart recessed the meeting at 9:00 P.M. until the conclusion <br />of the meeting of the Water and Sewer District. <br /> <br />Chairman Barnhart reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />National Association of Counties Annual Legislative Conference <br /> <br /> Board members briefly discussed the Annual Legislative Conference to be <br />held in Washington in March. Chairman Barnhart and Commissioners Fennel and <br />Casper indicated that they planned to attend. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Chairman Barnhart opened the meeting for informal public comments at 9:05 <br />P.M. There was no one present to address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed <br />that portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Recess of Meeting <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Barnhart <br />recessed the meeting at 9:06 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. on January 22, 1996 for a joint <br />meeting with the Cabarrus County Board of Education and the Kannapolis City Board <br />of Education in'the Multi-Purpose Room at the Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
